These include varieties that are only grown by our farmers in very small quantities and are therefore rarely available individually. Each mix is a little different which is exactly what makes it so appealing. The dates in this mix are firmer in consistency than our classic, very juicy varieties. We particularly like this quality for snacking: pleasantly compact, not sticky
